These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bd9i platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using bd9i, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Important Notice
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bd9i ("the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on bd9i, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. bd9i reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account on bd9i, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. bd9i is an adults-only platform and strictly prohibits access by minors.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual players.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh (for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payment integration purposes).
- You must not already hold an existing active or self-excluded account on bd9i. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account creation is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
- You must not be employed by bd9i or by any Game Provider whose games are available on the platform in a role that provides access to non-public RNG data, payout tables, or game outcome information.
2.2 KYC Verification
bd9i conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm player identity and age. Verification may be required at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, or at any time bd9i's compliance monitoring system flags an account for review. Documents that may be requested include:
- National Identity Card (NID) or passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh
- A selfie photograph holding the above identity document
- Proof of mobile number ownership (a screenshot of the registered mobile number associated with the bKash or Nagad account used for deposits)
- In cases of large withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000, additional source-of-funds documentation may be requested at bd9i's discretion
Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a request will result in the temporary suspension of the relevant account's withdrawal privileges. Continued non-compliance may result in account closure.
2.3 Account Accuracy & Updates
Players are responsible for ensuring that the personal information held in their bd9i account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your registered mobile number changes — particularly the number linked to your bKash or Nagad account — you must notify bd9i support at [email protected] as soon as possible. bd9i will not be liable for failed payment processing resulting from outdated account information provided by the Player.
2.4 Single Account Policy
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on bd9i. If bd9i identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under different names, different mobile numbers, or different devices — bd9i reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void any pending or unsettled wagers, and retain any bonus balances. Real-money wallet balances held at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's primary verified payment method following completion of KYC review.
Minor Access Strictly Prohibited
bd9i employs automated and manual age verification measures. Any account identified as belonging to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all wagers placed will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access this platform. bd9i uses device-level controls and NID verification to enforce this policy.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bd9i accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following BDT-denominated payment channels:
- bKash — mobile financial service, merchant API integration, deposits credited within 60 seconds
- Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service, deposits credited within 60 seconds
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service
- Upay — UCB mobile financial service
- Bank Transfer — supported for Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank accounts held in Bangladesh
bd9i does not accept cryptocurrency, international credit or debit cards, or payments made from accounts registered outside Bangladesh. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the bd9i account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in reversal and account suspension.
3.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit on bd9i is ৳200 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit under these terms; however, transactions above ৳100,000 may trigger additional compliance review and KYC documentation requests. bd9i reserves the right to set individual account-level deposit limits based on risk assessment outcomes. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits via account settings — see Section 2 of the Responsible Gaming page for details.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). For bank transfer withdrawals, the minimum is ৳2,000. Withdrawals are processed during operating hours of 08:00–22:00 BST. Standard processing times are as follows:
- bKash and Nagad: typically 1 to 4 hours from approval
- Rocket and Upay: typically 2 to 6 hours from approval
- Bank Transfer: typically 1 to 3 business days
Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours are queued and processed from 08:00 BST on the following day. bd9i does not charge platform-side fees on standard BDT withdrawals. Any fees charged by the receiving mobile money service or bank are the responsibility of the Player and are deducted by the receiving institution, not by bd9i.
3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility Conditions
A withdrawal request will only be approved where all of the following conditions are met:
- The Player's account has successfully completed KYC verification
- The funds being withdrawn represent real-money wallet balance (not uncleared bonus balance subject to active wagering requirements)
- The deposit used to fund the relevant balance has been confirmed as cleared and fraud-free by the originating payment provider
- The Player's account is in good standing with no open compliance investigations
- The withdrawal destination is a payment account registered in the same legal name as the bd9i account
3.5 Currency & Exchange
All transactions on bd9i are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd9i does not perform currency conversion, and players are not exposed to foreign exchange risk on their platform wallet balance. Any currency conversion that occurs at the level of an individual bank or mobile money account is entirely outside bd9i's control and is the responsibility of the relevant financial institution.
No Hidden Fees on Standard BDT Withdrawals
bd9i does not charge processing fees on standard BDT withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The amount requested is the amount sent. Third-party fees charged by mobile money operators or banks are outside bd9i's control and may be deducted by those institutions independently.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms
bd9i offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are credited in BDT to the Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to the terms set out in this section and in the specific promotional communication relating to each offer.
Where there is any inconsistency between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotional terms will prevail for that promotion only.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotional communication, the following default wagering requirements apply to all bonus credits issued by bd9i:
- Welcome Bonus: 30x the bonus amount wagered on eligible slots or live casino games before any winnings generated from the bonus balance become withdrawable
- Reload Bonus: 25x the bonus amount on eligible games
- Cashback Credits: 10x the cashback amount, no game restrictions

Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry of the 30-day period will result in the bonus balance being forfeited. Real-money wallet balance is unaffected by bonus expiry.

Where bonus abuse is identified, bd9i reserves the right to void the relevant bonus balance, recalculate any associated winnings, and in severe or repeat cases, permanently suspend the Player's account.

In the event that a live game session is interrupted due to technical failure, the round will be settled in accordance with the Game Provider's technical failure policy, which typically involves voiding the affected round and returning the wager to the Player's wallet balance.
5.2 RNG Certification & Fair Play
All game outcomes on bd9i are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems maintained and certified by the relevant Game Provider. 5.3 Sports Betting Settlement

In the event of a result dispute, bd9i's sports trading team will review the official result and settle accordingly. bd9i's settlement decision in cases of ambiguity or official result revision is final.
Where a cricket or football match is abandoned, suspended, or declared a no-result by the relevant governing body after wagering has commenced but before a natural result is determined, bd9i will void all affected markets and return stakes to players' wallet balances. Live in-play wagers placed on specific events that have already occurred (e.g., a bet on a wicket that fell before the live bet was accepted) will be voided where confirmed by official event log data.
5.4 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a manifest technical error — including a display error, pricing error, or settlement calculation error — bd9i reserves the right to void any affected wager or game round and correct the error accordingly. Players are not entitled to retain winnings resulting from a manifest technical error, regardless of whether the error was identifiable at the time of play. bd9i will not be liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions that are outside the platform's reasonable control, including internet service disruption, device failure, or third-party payment provider outages.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd9i platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of wagers and bonus balances, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent account closure.
6.1 Fraud & Misrepresentation
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification
- Using a stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) to fund a bd9i wallet
- Impersonating another person or registering an account in another person's name without their explicit written consent
- Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access controls or present a false location
6.2 Money Laundering & Financial Crime
- Using the bd9i platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity
- Making deposits followed immediately by withdrawal requests without engaging in genuine gameplay, in a pattern consistent with money laundering through a gambling platform
- Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or accepting payment from a third party to fund your bd9i account
bd9i maintains anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems and is obliged to report suspicious financial activity. Players who engage in transactions consistent with money laundering will have their accounts suspended, their funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.
6.3 Collusion & Cheating
- Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in any multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house
- Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers on bd9i without genuine human decision-making at the time of each wager
- Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to bd9i support
- Engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, platforms, or identities in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
6.4 Responsible Gaming Violations
- Attempting to register a new account after voluntarily requesting self-exclusion, or assisting another self-excluded person in accessing the platform
- Providing access to the bd9i platform to any person under the age of 18 years, including by sharing login credentials
Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Activity
bd9i operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, identity theft, and payment fraud. All fraudulent activity will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities. bd9i cooperates fully with Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) reporting obligations and with bKash, Nagad, and other payment provider fraud investigation teams.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by bd9i
bd9i reserves the right to suspend a Player's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable ground to investigate potential violations of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to suspected fraud, KYC non-compliance, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6. During a suspension, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, place wagers, or request withdrawals. bd9i will investigate the matter as promptly as reasonably practicable and will communicate the outcome to the Player via their registered contact details.
7.2 Closure by bd9i
Permanent account closure may be enacted by bd9i in the following circumstances:
- Confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Completion of a self-exclusion request (voluntary permanent closure at the Player's request)
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Identification of a duplicate account held by the same individual
- Identification that the account holder is, or was at the time of registration, under 18 years of age
- Legal or regulatory obligation requiring closure
Where an account is closed due to confirmed Terms & Conditions breach, bd9i reserves the right to void all outstanding wagers and forfeit any Bonus Balance. Real-money Wallet Balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any applicable AML review.
7.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from their registered email address or mobile number. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any remaining Wallet Balance will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method following final KYC confirmation. Voluntary closure does not affect the Player's right to re-register at a future date, unless the closure was made in connection with a self-exclusion request (in which case re-registration restrictions apply for the duration of the self-exclusion period).
7.4 Effect of Closure on Outstanding Wagers
Where an account is closed or suspended while unsettled wagers are active, those wagers will be settled in the normal course once the relevant event or game round concludes. Settlement proceeds will be credited to the account's Wallet Balance and held pending the outcome of any investigation or closure process. bd9i will not void settled wagers that were placed in good faith prior to any suspension or closure trigger event, except where the wager itself was placed in breach of these terms.
Liability & Disclaimer
8.1 Platform Availability
bd9i provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While bd9i makes reasonable commercial efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, no warranty is given that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from latency at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. bd9i shall not be liable for any loss of wagering opportunity, missed promotional window, or financial loss arising from platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd9i's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bd9i shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if bd9i has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.3 Third-Party Game Provider Disclaimer
Games available on bd9i are supplied by independent third-party Game Providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. bd9i is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or rule changes introduced by Game Providers. 8.4 Internet & Device Disclaimer

8.5 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
